The food was just amazing. The tariff is inclusive of everything- Food(Breakfast, lunch and dinner), amenities, stay, etc The view is beautiful. Well maintained. Very close to Wilson Point. Must visit.

I had a very satisfying experience at Hotel Gautam Mahabaleshwar. The location is amazing, surrounded by lush vegetation, even in April. Hotel has sufficient hospitable staff. The food is just amazing. I would really recommend this resort for relaxation, spending family time. I also got vibe that this is a Senior citizen friendly hotel. We would love to visit in rainy season as well.

Can't get taxi from hotel as location is little aside from main road so you will have to either walk or book taxi for your stay or bring your own vehicle

It is a Hidden Gem! View - 10/10 - It has the best view of the mid range hotel. a la carte 0/10- Is not available, which is a big issues for few folks. Food Buffet- 07/10 - Little bit Oily but variety is good, better to take full board in 1000/- 3 meal. Rooms - Pool View rooms are actual view Window view to Pool so will suggest dont take them. the Garden view in the second floor are really good with 3 person sharing if you travelling with family Kids. Heater in room. Service - 8/10 - Good things - they waited for us till 4 P< for lunch day one, rooms are cleaned and staff is polite. Bad things - they wont allow food to be carry outside, but folks who want to have food with drinks or just have dinner in rooms is not allowed hence that is bas, it makes no logic sense to me. Play Area - 5/10 - They have just place the table tennis table and carrom with very less space around it, so difficult to play. Swimming Pool - Looked good to use, but we didn't get chance to use as it was very cold! Points - Wilson Point is just walking distance and has the best view of stars at night!

Hotel Gautam, Awesome place. Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. AMAZING FOOD. Great view. We came here with friends and it was an amazing experience. And above all, very much affordable. Thank you Gautam staff for giving us a superb experience.

Had a bad experience, expect the staff should have been honest. I forget my gold bangles in drawer n when I realised that i left it in drawer i called up the hotel and told , the manager told he will chk n hardly within no time , he calls up saying it is not there n that he checked up with all his staff and room too .i do accept that i forgot but also would expect the staff to be honest to return any belonging which by mistake or in hurry you have forgotten. I had occupied room no 116 on 14/4/2023 till 16/4/2023
